Hello! Thank you for visiting the Coles County Supervisor of Assessments Office Website. Our hope is that this site will help assist and answer many of the common questions property owners have about property records, homestead exemptions, and property assessments.

Current Reminders:

The 2011 Board of Review session is now closed. The 2012 session will open on Monday, June 4th. Until then, no complaints will be accepted. If you have any questions regarding your assessed valuation please contact your township assessor or our office for more information. New 2012 homestead exemption forms will be available later this month via our website and through our office.

We can now e-mail property record cards from our CAMA system in a .pdf format. To request a copy of a property record card, please e-mail your request to our office at assessment@co.coles.il.us.
