COLES COUNTY PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION
October 1, 2001

 

The Coles County Public Building Commission was called to order with the following members present: Jan Eads, Bill Harrington, Eugene Bauer and Tim Yow, Chairman, presiding. Mike Genta was unable to attend.

Also attending was Elaine Karpus-Komada, Secretary/Treasurer.

Nominations for the Election of Officers for next year were opened by Chairman Yow. Mrs. Eads moved that all officers remain the same for next year. Mr. Harrington seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED: AYES: Unanimous (4)
NAYES: None (0)
ABSENT: Genta (1)
Officers for next year are as follows:
Chairman Tim Yow
Vice Chairman Eugene Bauer
Secretary/Treasurer Elaine Karpus-Komada

Chairman Yow announced that the term of office for Mrs. Eads will expire in December, 2001. Mr. Bauer moved to recommend to the County Board that Mrs. Eads be re-appointed to another term. Mr. Harrington seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED: AYES: Unanimous (4)
NAYES: None (0)
ABSENT: Genta (1)
Mrs. Komada will present the County Board with a resolution for this re-appointment.

The members reviewed the Treasurer's Report as presented by Mrs. Komada. Mrs. Eads accept this report, seconded by Mr. Bauer.
MOTION CARRIED: AYES: Unanimous (4)
NAYES: None (0)
ABSENT: Genta (1)

Upon a motion by Mr. Bauer and a second by Mrs. Eads, the meeting adjourned at 8:50 a.m.
