Bloodwork - Coles County

The Coles County Health Department provides blood draw by appointment. A prescription
from your doctor is required.

Contact our office to obtain more information or to schedule an appointment.

The cost of the blood draw varies and is based on the specific labs being performed (as
indicated by the doctor's prescription). Payment for blood draw services accepted by
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We cannot bill insurance for blood draws.

Below are some of the blood draws offered:

  • Coronary Risk Profile (Fasting for 12 hours required before draw) (Lipid Panel)
  • Hemoglobin A2c (HgbA1c)
  • Prostate-specific antigen (PSA)
  • Basic Metabolic Panel (CMP)
  • Hepatic (liver) Panel
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
  • T4 Total
  • Serum Zinc
  • Creatine Kinase
  • Phenobarbital
  • Tegretol (Carbamazepine)
  • Digoxin
  • Lithium
  • Dilantin (Phenytoin)
  • Ferritin
  • Vitamin B12 / Folate
  • Depakote (Valproic Acid)
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
