$10.00 child flu (up to 18
years) No child will be turned away due to inability to pay.
$30.00 Flu Shot
$7.00 child flu (up to 18 years) No child will be turned away due
to inability to pay.
$70.00 Pneumonia Shot
No child will be turned away due to inability to pay.
Immunization by Appointment Only
Pneumonia and
Seasonal Influenza Forms can be downloaded
and completed prior to clinic dates.
