 Medicare and Medicaid will be accepted.
Please bring your Medicaid and Medicare cards with you.

Cost for those without Medicare or Medicaid:
  $30.00 adult flu
 $10.00 child flu (up to 18 years) No child will be turned away due to inability to pay.
$30.00 Flu Shot $

$40.00 Pneumonia Shot

H1N1 shots will be free of charge to all County residents.
No child will be turned away due to inability to pay.

H1N1, Pneumonia and Seasonal Influenza Forms can be downloaded and completed prior to clinic dates.
