We serve male and female clients in a confidential, non-judgmental,
professional and comfortable setting.

All medical services, education, and counseling is provided by onsite Nurse
Practitioner, Shan Brown, R.N., A.P.N., C.N.P., Program Coordinator

Hours:   Forms of Payment:

Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Closed weekends and holidays
Each month Family Planning will have a
Thursday evening Clinic
Accepting new patients



Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
Health Alliance, Coventry, Cash,
Check, Debit/Credit Cards, Donations.
If none of the above forms of payment
apply, charges/fees are on a sliding
fee scale based on income and
household size.

STD's (Sexually Transmitted Diseases)
  Birth Control Supplies:
  • HIV Testing (Mouth and Finger Stick). Get tested 3 months after sexual encounter. Do not eat, drink, or chew gum 30 minutes prior to appointment
  • Syphilis/RPR (Blood Draw) Drink water before appointment
  • Chlamydia/Gonorrhea (Urine) Drink water before appointment
  • Herpes (Culture on open lesion)
  • Birth Control Pills
  • DEPO Shot
  • Condoms (FREE)
  • Nuva Ring (Vaginal Ring)
  • Patch (Xulane)



Emergency Contraception Available:

Education and Counseling Available:
