Hours of Operation: M-F 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Prenatal, infant, and child care education, physical and developmental
assessment and screening, assistance with financial aid application, high risk infant follow up and service
referral.
Serving: pregnant women and families with children to the age of five years
Ages Served: Children 0-5 – Women of child bearing years.

Eligibility Requirements:
Coles County resident and income at or below 200% of poverty level.
